Corrections Policy
We get things wrong sometimes. Here is how we handle it.
How to report an error
Email hello@insightdirectory.com with the article URL, the specific text in question, and the correction. Include a source where possible.
Our response
We acknowledge correction requests within 2 business days. Verified corrections are published within 5 business days. Significant corrections are noted at the foot of the article along with the date of revision.
Categories of correction
- Factual: wrong name, wrong number, wrong date - corrected and noted.
- Editorial: ambiguous phrasing - clarified silently.
- Major: a recommendation that no longer holds - article re-edited or withdrawn.
